For participants from Ukraine a registration form filled in Ukrainian (see <em><a href=\"http:\/\/ihvs.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/regform_UA.doc\">regform_UA.doc<\/a><\/em>), for participants from Russia and Belarus \u2013 in Russian (see <em><a href=\"http:\/\/ihvs.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/regform_RUS-BY.doc\">regform_RUS-BY.doc<\/a><\/em>), for participants from other countries \u2013 in English (see <em><a href=\"http:\/\/ihvs.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/regform_ENG.doc\">regform_ENG.doc<\/a><\/em>). A title of presentation and author(s) filled in original language<\/li>\n<li><em><u>extended abstract(s)<\/u><\/em> in Ukrainian, Russian or English; text should not exceed 3 pages of A4 formatted according to requirements (see <em><a href=\"http:\/\/ihvs.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/abstract_UA.doc\">abstract_UA.doc<\/a><\/em> (in Ukrainian) or <em><a href=\"http:\/\/ihvs.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/abstract_ENG.doc\">abstract_ENG.doc<\/a><\/em> (in English))<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NOTE. Maximum of 2 abstracts will be accepted from each participant<\/strong><strong>!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><u>summary<\/u><\/em> in original language (see <em><a href=\"http:\/\/ihvs.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/summary.doc\">summary.doc<\/a><\/em>) up to 600 symbols including spaces. For the abstracts written in Ukrainian or Russian the <strong>summary in English is obligatory <\/strong>(in the same <em><a href=\"http:\/\/ihvs.kiev.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/summary.doc\">summary.doc<\/a><\/em> file)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All documents should be created by <strong>MS<\/strong> <strong>Word<\/strong> software using the templates. In a title of a file it is necessary to include participant\u2019 surname and document type in a right way:<\/p>\n<p><em>Registration form<\/em> \u2013 <strong>Surname<\/strong><strong>_<\/strong><strong>reg<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><strong>doc<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p><em>Abstract<\/em> &#8211; <strong>Surname<\/strong><strong>_<\/strong><strong>abs<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><strong>doc<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p><em>Summary<\/em> &#8211; <strong>Surname<\/strong><strong>_<\/strong><strong>sum<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><strong>doc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Important information<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All<\/strong> <strong>abstracts<\/strong> <strong>will<\/strong> <strong>be<\/strong> <strong>reviewed<\/strong> <strong>by<\/strong> <strong>the Scientific<\/strong> <strong>Committee<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Scientific Committee on a base of actuality and scientific level of a presentation could change a type of presentation from <em>oral<\/em> to <em>poster<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A publication of abstracts will not be processed in the follow cases<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>(1) thematically unrelated to &#8220;\u0412\u041c\u0421-2018&#8221; topics,<\/p>\n<p>(2) formatted incorrectly,<\/p>\n<p>(3) have a large number of mistakes or misprints,<\/p>\n<p>(4) have a size over 3 pages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please, proofread your abstract(s) carefully before submitting. You will not receive proofs for the manuscript(s).
