For attending the event the participants should pay the Conference fee in accordance with information presented below:<\/p>\n

– conference pack (program and proceedings on CD),<\/p>\n

– accessories (badge, folder, pen, paper notebook),<\/p>\n

– coffee breaks (in session days),<\/p>\n

– lunch (in session days),<\/p>\n

– gala-dinner,<\/p>\n

– supporting materials and costs on organizing the events,<\/p>\n

– serving the conference halls and technical support of the Conference.<\/p>\n

Publication<\/u><\/em><\/strong> without<\/u><\/em><\/strong> attending<\/u><\/em><\/strong> the Conference<\/u><\/em><\/strong> includes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Organizing fees payment<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Conference fees should be paid before the payment deadline (June 15, 2018) via bank transfer to the IMC NASU corresponding account (see below).<\/p>\n

For the participants from Ukraine payment in national currency (Ukrainian hryvnia) is ONLY available. For participants from other countries the payment in Euro could be processed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In accordance with Ukrainian laws, all conference fees should be supported by an agreement between participants (or participants\u2019 employer) and organizer (IMC NASU). For filling agreement the Organizing Committee has need to participant\u2019s personal information, such as passport data (series, number, issuing data) and tax-payer identification number. According to aforementioned requirements, each participant should send full required information and scanned copy of conference fee payment receipt (for real-time control of payments) to conference e-mail (vms2018@ukr.net<\/a><\/em>).<\/p>\n
