Registration and Abstract Submission

 

For attending the Conference the filled registration documents should be sent to official conference e-mail (vms2018@ukr.net) before registration deadline (May 15, 2018):

 

• registration form. For participants from Ukraine a registration form filled in Ukrainian (see regform_UA.doc), for participants from Russia and Belarus – in Russian (see regform_RUS-BY.doc), for participants from other countries – in English (see regform_ENG.doc). A title of presentation and author(s) filled in original language
• extended abstract(s) in Ukrainian, Russian or English; text should not exceed 3 pages of A4 formatted according to requirements (see abstract_UA.doc (in Ukrainian) or abstract_ENG.doc (in English))

NOTE. Maximum of 2 abstracts will be accepted from each participant!!!

• summary in original language (see summary.doc) up to 600 symbols including spaces. For the abstracts written in Ukrainian or Russian the summary in English is obligatory (in the same summary.doc file)

 

All documents should be created by MS Word software using the templates. In a title of a file it is necessary to include participant’ surname and document type in a right way:

Registration form – Surname_reg.doc,

Abstract – Surname_abs.doc,

Summary – Surname_sum.doc

 

Important information

 

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.

 

The Scientific Committee on a base of actuality and scientific level of a presentation could change a type of presentation from oral to poster.

 

A publication of abstracts will not be processed in the follow cases:

(1) thematically unrelated to “ВМС-2018” topics,

(2) formatted incorrectly,

(3) have a large number of mistakes or misprints,

(4) have a size over 3 pages.

 

Please, proofread your abstract(s) carefully before submitting. You will not receive proofs for the manuscript(s). If your abstract(s) will be rejected by the Scientific Committee you will not have a possibility to resubmit your abstract(s).

 

Editorial Board of the Conference is able to format the submitted materials in appropriate way.
