Department of Chemistry mesh polymers and oligomers

Відділ створений у 1965 році. До 1998 року відділ очолювала доктор хімічних наук, професор С.І.Омельченко. В 1998 році після об’єднання з лабораторією синтезу поліуретанів відділ очолив доктор хімічних наук, професор В.В.Шевченко.

The department defended 2 doctoral and 23 master’s theses, published 4 books and about 800 articles, more than 200 patents, awarded the State Prize in Science and Technology (1981).

The main achievements of

  • Scientific Approaches purposeful creation of film reticulated polyurethane considering the concentration of certain groups, the type and degree of crosslinking.
  • The basic features of the formation of film reticulated polyurethane in a thin layer on the surface of various substrates in the presence of fillers.
  • The methods of synthesis and received a number of hydroxyl  and silicon compounds to modify polyurethanes.
  • The scientific principles of chemical modification reticulated polyurethane and silicon organic compounds.
  • The mechanism and formulated the principles of radiation copolymerization oligomers in a thin layer.
  • A method seeks control of the structure and properties of film-forming segmented polyurethanes by functionalization of flexible and rigid blocks.
  • Approaches to regulation ion conductive properties of segmented polyurethanes.
