Position of center

 

1. Creation Centre

 

  • 1.1. Center the scientific device “Infrared spectrometer with Fourier transform” Tensor-37 “(FT-IR-Spectrometer” Tensor-37 “)” (hereinafter – CCUE) created as part of the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry NAS of Ukraine at the base of oligomers and synthetic rubbers (hereinafter – Institute) for rational use of the most unique and expensive scientific equipment.
  • 1.2. Create CCUE approved by the Presidium of NAS of Ukraine reasonable proposal Chemistry NAS of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Department) and the Commission on the modernization of the park of scientific instruments and equipment NAS of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Commission).
  • 1.3. The Institute is committed to provide quality and reliable operation of the acquired scientific equipment, its necessary professional service conditions of the best use of time in the interests of the Institute and the scientific community of NAS of Ukraine, the absence of artificial restrictions in providing services to other scientific institutions and organizations NAS of Ukraine.

 

2. Main tasks and organization of the Center

 

  • 2.1. The main task of the Communist Party is to ensure the implementation of scientific projects of the Institute and providing scientific community of NAS of Ukraine an opportunity to study scientific devices current level.
  • 2.2. Director of the Institute of Head and by order appoint appropriate staff employees of the Centre. General management of CCUE assigned to the Deputy Director of the Institute.
  • 2.3. The Institute annually report on the work CCUE to the Bureau of Chemistry and if necessary the Commission. In general, the annual report of the Institute data on CCUE submitted a separate section.

 

3. The order of service

 

  • 3.1. Information about the Communist Party (type / brand scientific instrument / equipment provided for collective use, their basic specifications) posted on the webpage of the Institute and the webpage of the Presidium of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
  • 3.2 Scientific institutions and organizations NAS of Ukraine who need to conduct research on scientific equipment CCUE (hereinafter – Customer) twice a year to 15 January to 15 June submit in writing to the Bureau of Chemistry (BVH) their applications on the number terms of hours and research, implementation of which requires the use of scientific equipment CCUE. BVH NAS of Ukraine approves the application and sends them to the IMC of NAS of Ukraine to form a work plan.
  • 3.3 The Director of the Institute determines its order schedule CCUE. CCUE informs customers about the use of the device.
  • 3.4 When planning the time of CCUE should proceed with such distribution, 4 days a week, Monday – Thursday (7 hours working time) is given to the needs of the Institute, 4:00 every Friday is free for customers – scientific institutions and organizations of NAS of Ukraine, 2:00 permitted to make use of equipment for paid CCUE other agencies, businesses and organizations that are not administered by the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, according to current legislation. Using time of the scientific equipment is registered in the workbook, form filling to be determined by the Commission.
  • 3.5 The Institute provides all the costs associated with using a scientific device “Infrared spectrometer with Fourier transform” Tensor-37 “(FT-IR-Spectrometer” Tensor-37 “)” and keeps it on its balance sheet.

4. Changing basic scientific institution, the closure of the Centre

 

  • 4.1 In the event of failure to comply with the requirements of this Regulation, poor organization of TSKKI1 by the Institute to ensure the collective use of equipment CCUE for the needs of scientists NAS of Ukraine or the occurrence of other force majeure Bureau of takes the Commission’s proposal for transfer assigned to CCUE equipment other scientific institution of NAS of Ukraine CCUE corresponding change name and its location.
  • 4.2. The Commission considers the proposal of the Department of NAS of Ukraine under Sections 1 and 2 of the Regulations, decides to change the basic scientific institution or closing CCUE and submit it for approval to the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
